Hi Chad,
I hope this email finds you doing well. Yesterday at about 2:00 pm we had an issue with the RTO (fan motor
failure) and it completely shut the RTO down. Consequently, we were in the middle of a small paint job in
the downdra and finished. I will provide details on this spray event as soon as I receive them from our
Paint Team. To get the RTO running again as soon as possible, we will be installing another fan motor
tomorrow. I'll send more details soon.

Hi Chad,
Today we replaced the fan that failed and now our RTO just came back on line. Everything is working as it
should be.
We had 2 small spray events that took place when the fan went down with approximately 15 gallons
sprayed releasing approximately 110 lbs. of VOC's.

Actually, there was a third event that occurred on 2/9/24 as the RTO was being fixed. During this time there were 5.5
gallons sprayed releasing approximately 38 lbs. Of VOCs.
