REGISTERED EQUIPMENT: PREVIOUS ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS: No enforcement actions within the past five years. 2 COMPLIANCE STATUS & RECOMMENDATIONS: In regards to Eliason 12-30: In Compliance - This well has been plugged and abandoned. No production equipment remains on location. RECOMMENDATION FOR NEXT INSPECTION: It is recommended that the next inspector reach out to the supervisor if this well is assigned again.
