On December 21, 2023, Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received a test report for the above listed
units at the Ravolla Compressor Station in Duchesne County. Testing was performed October 31, 2023,
to determine compliance with the emission limits found in conditions II.B.7.a and II.B.7.b of Approval
Order DAQE-AN144360008-21 and 40 CFR Part 60 subpart JJJJ. The DAQ-calculated test results are:

DEVIATIONS: None.

CONCLUSION: The stack test appears to be acceptable.

RECOMMENDATION: The emissions from RICE-5 and RICE-7 should be considered to have
been in compliance with the emission limits found in the conditions
II.B.7.a and II.B.7.b of Approval Order DAQE-AN144360008-21 and
40 CFR Part 60 subpart JJJJ.
