Dear Mr. Chatterton:

RE: Revocation of Approval Order DAQE-AN0142130001-10 dated April 5, 2010
Project Number: N142130004

The Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received your request to revoke Approval Order (AO)
DAQE-AN0142130001-10 on May 21, 2024. Wadsworth Brothers Construction has requested this
revocation because the company will no longer be operating the temporary concrete batch plant that is
described in the permit. The DAQ has revoked the above-referenced AO effective as of the date of this
letter.

As authorized by the Utah Legislature, the fee for revoking an AO is the actual time spent by the review
engineer and all other staff on the project. Payment should be made to the DAQ upon receipt of the
invoice.

was completed in 2010, and Wadsworth Brothers no longer owns this batch plant. If you need

Does Wadsworth Brothers Construction plan to do anything else at this location in the near future? If
not, Wadsworth Brothers Construction may consider revoking the Approval Order for the Draper

Hello Katie,
Greg Bradley is no longer with Wadsworth Brothers. You are emailing with the correct person Chris Chatterton with
Wadsworth Brothers Construction. The address you have for our office is correct and our office phone number is 801-576-
1453. Wadsworth Brothers did the bridge and freeway work at 11400 south this was a temporary batch plant site. The job
was completed back in 2010, and the batch plant was removed at that time. Hopefully this helps you with the information
you need to close out this permit.
