On behalf of Crusoe Energy Systems, Inc. (Crusoe Energy) this letter is a revision to the December 2023 notice
of startup for Unit 1454 at the Crusoe Energy Mullins Tap Facility permitted under Utah Division of Air Quality
Approval Order DAQE-AN161400001-23. Upon review of the engine nameplate, the serial number was
incorrectly submitted. This notice corrects the serial number to UDAQ.
