This no further action applies only to the specific Release Site MWD. This recommendation is based on the information contained in the file for this release. That information was supplied by you, your consultant, or another representative. The information submitted indicates that petroleum contamination of soil remain s from this release. The contamination is at 13 feet deep near the southeast corner of the tank basin and is not currently considered a threat to human health or the environment according to Utah Admin. Code R311-211. This evaluation is based on current land usage, exposure pathways, potential receptors and other site-specific risk characteristics. In the future, if changes to these characteristics create a threat to human health or the environment, additional corrective action may be required.
