For the indicated reporting period:
. 02/01t2024 RTO report temperature less than 1,360 degrees, due to a shaft
braking in north tower. Down time 15 hrs. Production activities were hatted
during repair.
o O2lO7l2O24 RTO report temperatures tess than 1,260 degrees due to a
combustion fan motor faiture. Down time 4 hrs. Production activities were
hatted during repair.
c 0212012024 Annuat Comptiance Certification for operation dates 31112022to
212812023 was fited incomptete. Correction has been made.
