Dear Mr. Williamson,

The Division of Air Quality (DAQ) has received your notification dated April 24, 2023, concerning the
Replacement-In-Kind of Spray Booth #B-2 at the Composite Plants. The DAQ has determined that the
replacement of the Spray Booth #B-2 meets the requirements of UAC R307-401-11, Replacement-In-
Kind Equipment.

Whitewater Whirlpool Baths and Systems shall notify the Director in writing when the installation of the
replaced Spray Booth #B-2 has been completed and is operational.

The replacement Spray Booth #B-2 shall operate under the conditions listed in Approval Order
DAQE-AN133150005-17.
