ln accordance with the Whitewater Whirlpool Baths and Systems (WWBS)Title V Operating Permit
(TVOP) 4900257001, condition l.S.2.c and Utah Administrative Code (UACI R-3O7-415-6a, you are hereby
notified of a deviation from T\/OP condition l.U pertaining to "lnventory Requirements" An emission
inventory shall be submitted in accordance with R307-150.
WWBS recently became subject to a newly promulgated section of R307-150 (R307-150-9) which
changed their emission inventory frequency from every three years to annually. The calculations for
2022 were performed prior to the April L5,2023 deadline which demonstrated volatile organic
compound (VOC) emissions were below the 25 ton per year (tpy) threshold, however, after further
review it was determined that the threshold was based on the permit limit of 30 tpy VOC. As soon as the
issue was identified, the emissions inventory was submitted in the UDAQ SLEIS electronic submittal
system on April L8,2023 and will continue to be submitted annually as required.
