The New Source Performance Standards for Small Industrial-Commercial-institutional Steam
Generating Units (NSPS Boilers) 40 CFR 60 Subpart Dc reporting the quantity of fuel other than
natural gas combusted during the reporting period for Intermountain Medical Center (IMC) Utah
DAQ Site ID 13308.
-Six month reporting period covered under this is from January 1, through June 30, 2023.
-Boilers ran on diesel fuel for a total of 5.8 hours during the reporting period.
-A copy of the diesel certification from the most recent fuel delivery is included as reference.
In accordance with Utah Administrative Code R307-415-5d and based on information and belief
formed after reasonable inquiry, I certify that the statements and information in this document are
true, accurate, and complete.
