The DERR understands that Gardner Company plans to locate and remove any residual soil contamination at this Release Site, prior to redevelopment. As outlined in Utah Admin. Code R311-202, Sections 280.66 and 280.67, a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to clean up the contamination at this site needs to be prepared and submitted within 120 days of receipt of this letter.
