Attached is the Six-Month Monitoring Report for the Lake Side Power Plant for the period of
July l, 2023 through and including December 31,2023. The information contained herein is
submitted in accordance with Provision I.S.2.a of the take Side Power Plant Title V Operating
Permit (Permit #4900241 002)

SIX.MONTH MONITORING REPORT
Reporting Period: July I through December 31,2023
The Lake Side plant has completed all monitoring as required by the Title V operating permit
except for the monitoring deviations that were promptly reported in the following deviation
reports:

The results of the monitoring conducted in accordance with the permit conditions demonstrated
that all emission units were operated in compliance with the permit terms and conditions except
for the periods identified in the following deviation reports:

8/23t2023 II.B.2.d - Emissions of COfrom each HRSG stack shall not
exceed 50 ppmv, dry @ l5% 02 during short-term
excursions. A rapid load change due to a sub-station trip
resulted in a permit deviation due to the 15 minute average
concentration of corrected carbon monoxide being greater
than 50 ppm.
