The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed its review of the memorandum prepared by ERM and dated May 22, 2024, which summarizes a meeting discussion
on April 22, 2024 regarding the groundwater sampling for the former Eastman Christensen site located at 1822 South IndustrialRoad in Salt Lake City, Utah. The next groundwater sampling
will be conducted in 2025 for the following monitoring wells MW-5, MW-5A, MW-11, MW-15, and MW-20. The 2025 groundwater monitoring report will include statistical trend analysis of
the monitoring data. Please provide at least a seven-day notice before the sampling event.
