The New Source Performance Standards for Small Industrial-Commercial-institutional Steam
Generating Units (NSPS Boilers) 40 CFR 60 Subpart Dc reporting the quantity of fuel other than
natural gas combusted during the reporting period for St. George Hospital Utah DAQ Site ID 12960.
- Six month reporting period covered under this is from January 1, through June 30, 2023.
- The 4-duel fuel boiler had a total of 15 hours of operation on diesel fuel for the reporting
period.
- A copy of the most recent diesel fuel analysis report is included as reference.
In accordance with Utah Administrative Code R307-415-5d and based on information and belief
formed after reasonable inquiry, I certify that the statements and information in this document are
true, accurate, and complete.
