Box 190 309 Silver Street Ranton, NM 87740 Dear Mr. Jorgenson, Re: Additional Information Request – Wapiti Operating, LLC – Sage Brush Flats Compressor Station, Carbon County On April 24, 2024, a representative of the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) performed a review of the stack test emissions results report, dated April 1, 2024, regarding stack emissions testing of the Sage Brush Flats Compressor Station engines CE-01, CE-02, and CE-03 performed on March 19, 2024. In order to ensure that the results of that review are accurate and complete, DAQ requests the following additional information: 1. The total logged hours of operation that occurred between the July 27, 2022, testing and March 19, 2024, testing of engine CE-03. The July 27, 2022, testing report recorded the total hours to be 76,666 prior to testing and the March 19, 2024, testing recorded the total hours to be 90,965. This calculates out to be 14,299 hours between testing of engine CE-03. 40CFR 60, Subpart JJJJ stipulates a maximum of 8,760 hours of operation between stack emissions tests. 2. Any supporting documents and reasoning as to the cause and circumstance of the total hours of operation exceeding the required 8,760 hours maximum between tests. Wapiti Operating, LLC is required to submit this additional information to DAQ within ten (10) business days of receipt of this request. When responding to this information request, please refer to the DAQC number located on the top right corner of this document. Failure to respond to this additional information request may result in enforcement action.
