Permit/AO#: Permit by Rule Action Code: TR Subject: Review of stack test report dated May 10, 2024 On May 15, 2024, Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received a test report for one (1) 40 hp Ajax E-565 engine at Deep Creek 35-5A-4-2, Uintah County, UT. Testing was performed April 25, 2024, to demonstrate compliance with the emission limits found in 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart JJJJ. CONCLUSION: The stack test report appears to be acceptable. RECOMMENDATION: The emissions from the Ajax E-565 engine should be considered to have been in compliance with the emission limits of 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart JJJJ during testing. It is recommended to use the empirical data of the test results for the current reevaluation of UAC R307-510.
