RECOMMENDATIONS: In regards to Kendall 2-9-3-1E: In Compliance. The well on this
source was never drilled and the APD has been rescinded. The
source has been changed to ‘Inactive’ in TEMPO. UWO
confirms the well was never drilled. See attached email response.
