The Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) has received your request on March 5, 2024, for a name
and ownership change for the holder of the above-referenced Approval Order (AO). According to
your request, we have noted in our records that the holder and party responsible for complying with
the terms and conditions contained in the above-referenced AO have been changed from ‘Strang
Excavating Inc.’ to ‘Strang LLC’. This change took effect on the date of this letter.
As authorized by the Utah Legislature, the fee for issuing this name change is a one-time filing fee
in addition to the actual time spent by the review engineer and all other staff on the project.
Payment should be sent to DAQ upon receipt of the invoice.
