Thank you for the clarification Angie. The lift template does have language about flushing the lines in the home for
2 minutes.
Attached is a draft template of the lift advisory.
Layton City - please review and information needed. We will make sure we work quickly to approve the lift notice.
Thank you for all your efforts in this matter.

Yikes! Sorry for the confusion but to clarify the MPN results are stream sample results.
These samples were taken from the house with the cross connection. Once Layton discovered
the cross connection the meter was removed. This immediately stopped the possibility of
contamination getting into the water system. We collected two samples from a yard faucet that
was still pumping water from the stream. Let me know if this helps clear up any confusion.
Per my conversation with Michelle it sounds like the advisory will be lifted today. If that is the
case will there be language in the document advising residents to flush their lines?
Thanks!

Thank you Angie for the results and everyone for your efforts on this incident.
Seeing that the original location is positive for E. coli this may need to be escalated to a boil order if E. coli.
is confirmed.
Wes and Angie would you have time to discuss next steps at 1pm today?

If we aren't, is this something we could file in Laserfiche if it would be helpful? I'm happy to upload them
there if you would like.

Good idea Keri!
Ryan used to archive in each incident on the U drive But I realized I haven’t been doing that so I don’t know if you guys
have if you’re CCed on the email when I help cover or participate.
Maybe we can just figure out a better process to archive some of this information especially the approved public notice
and the certification notices. We also may want to consider downloading any email correspondence to PDF if we feel that
would be a value to keep his record off of LaserFiche.
