He did submit pictures of the screens, however, it is not downturned (nor does it have free fall) so it is sadly still deficient for the ones I mentioned.

I am writing to address the matter concerning Riverbend Grove Inc, which received an Administrative Order: "Not Approved"
Rating (NAO) from the Division of Drinking Water on January 19, 2024. This NAO, in turn, extended the due dates for
addressing multiple significant deficiencies, with one of the due dates set for May 18, 2024.

Upon reviewing our records, there is no indication of the aforementioned significant deficiencies having been rectified to date.
In light of this, I kindly request that you provide an update on the measures undertaken to address the identified deficiencies.
Should corrections have been made, we would appreciate receiving detailed documentation outlining the steps taken, along with
any photographic evidence available.
Your prompt attention to this matter is imperative to ensure compliance with the directives outlined in the Administrative Order.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you require any further clarification or assistance in this regard.
