On May 8, 2024, Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received a test report for two (2) Doosan 21.9L
engines at Pekepovits, Duchesne County, UT. Testing was performed April 30, 2024, and May 2, 2024, to
demonstrate compliance with the emission limits found in Utah Administrative Code R307-510 and
40 CFR Part 60, Subpart JJJJ. The calculated test results are:

DEVIATIONS: None.

CONCLUSION: The stack test report appears to be acceptable.

RECOMMENDATION: The emissions from the two (2) Doosan 21.9L engines should be
considered to have been in compliance with the emission limits
of UAC R307-510 and 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart JJJJ during
testing.
