To Whom It May Concern:
Phillips 66 Company is providing this written 30-day notification regarding the planned "tank
cleaning" (API 653 Maintenance and Integrity Inspection), seal inspection, and subsequent "re-fiIl" of
Tank202 and Tank 228 which is anticipated to commence after the week of April 22,2024 at the North
Salt Lake Terminal located in North Salt Lake, UT. Tank 202 and Tank 228 will be brought out of
service, cleaned, inspected, repaired, refilled, and brought back into service. The process is expected to
take approximately 15 to 18 weeks. If more than minor repairs are needed, and/or if repairs are
extensive, the process could take longer.
