roof of Tanks 20L,2L1,2L4, and 22L at the above referenced facility.
The inspections are currently scheduled to take place after April 18, 2024 and will include visual
examination of the floating roof secondary seals and physical measurement of any seal gaps
identified during the visual examination. This letter meets the requirements of 40 CFR 60.113b(bx5).
