Mountain Regional Water Special Service District (MRW, PWS 22137) is requesting an
extension to the existing exception reviewed by the Division of Drinking Water (DDW) under file
number 11281. This exception was for an Individual Home Booster Pump for Lot 146A in the
Colony Subdivision in Park City, Utah.

As of 2024, this home has not been built. We request this extension so the file remains active in
the future if/when the homeowner moves forward with the project, or when a new homeowner
pursues the building site.
