Dear Hunter,

West Corinne Water Company (WCWC) is seeking a permanent operating permit for the above
referenced project. A temporary operating permit was issued by the Utah Division of Drinking Water in
their November 13, 2020, letter. The temporary permit expires May 31, 2024.

The submittal of monthly spring flow readings for a period of three years was a condition of obtaining a
permanent operating permit. This data is provided in the attached table.

We request issuance of a permanent operating permit for the Baker Spring Redevelopment Project
(WS001).
