Pursuant to Condition I1.N.2 of the RCRA Part B Permit for Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc . facility in Salt Lake City ; the
Permittee is hereby submitting the annual inflation increase for the RCRA closure cost estimate. The inflation
increase was calculated by multiplying the 2023 cost estimates by the inflation factor 1.037 . This inflation factor
was obtained from the Utah DEQ website address: https:ljdeg.utah.gov/division-waste-management-radiation-
control.
RCRA Closure : $ 157,096 X 1.037 = $162,909
I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or
supervision according to a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the
information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those person s
directly responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is, to the best of my knowledge

As required by Condition I1.N.3 of the RCRA Part B Permit, the Certificate of Insurance evidencing the increased
closure cost coverage will be submitted to your attention within sixty {60) days of May 15, 2024.
