The subdivision will be located north of Mayfield Town along State Highway 137, Utah. The Project has been analyzed for compliance with the Rules. The analysis was performed based on a review of the existing system’s physical attributes and topography, along with the outputs from a hydraulic model created in InfoWater Pro. There are 5 pressure zones in the Town and the entire proposed development resides in the lowest pressure zone. The current phase will connect to the phases of the project previously built. The pressures for the proposed development are listed below: Peak day demand: 71.7 psi Peak instantaneous demand: 71.6 psi Fire flow + peak day demand: 20 psi Mayfield Town desires 1,500 gpm minimum available fire flow to residents. The fire flows available in the proposed development range from 1,600 gpm to 1,700 gpm. If you have any questions or concerns let us know. Sincerely, Jason Brimhall, P.E.
