NESHAP for Whitewater Whirlpool and Bath Systems Lindon and Pleasant Grove, Utah
locations.
This compliance certification is submitted with truth, accuracy, and completeness of the
reporting requirements contained in Title V Operating Permit (TVOP # 4900257001) and
40 CFR 63 Subpart WWWW.
Upon a complete review of the applicable conditions in 40 CFR 63 Subpart WWWW as
they pertain to the operations performed at Whitewater Whirlpool Baths and Systems
facilities, and based on information and belief formed after reasonable inqury,
compliance with the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants
(NESHAP) in 40 CFR 63 subpart WWWW, work practice standards and all applicable
requirements of this NESHAP have been met for the period of July 1,2A23 through
December 31,2023. There were no deviations with the organic HAP limitations set forth
by the standard during the same period.

inforrnation and belief formed after reasonable inqurry, I certiff that the staternents and
information in this document are true, accurate, and complete.
