We have not received the return copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest 018383163 FLE (a
copy of the manifest is attached). The item was shipped out on June 27, 2023. Clean Harbors
Environmental service has been E-mailed twice once the 35-day mark was reached. They said the
item is still in the status of being transported to the designated disposal facility. In other
communication, Clean Harbors has indicated that their incinerators are delayed in being able to
burn hazardous waste items. The delays have caused a backup in items completing the disposal
process in a timely manner. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
