REGISTERED EQUIPMENT: Engine - Engine - Natural Gas 4-Stroke Rich Burn Make - Doosan Model - D14.6L Mfg Year - 2012 Horse Power - 449 Combustion - Natural Gas, Pneumatic, Tank 2 COMPLIANCE STATUS & RECOMMENDATIONS: In regards to: Badger 1-26-35-3-1W and Badger Tribal 4-25-36- 1W-H1: In Compliance. The DAQ has verified that this source is located in the same physical location and is named the same as Source #15826. Source ID #15826 lists the exact same API numbers as this source does. This appears to be a duplicate registration. The usual procedures of the DAQ are to reject the CAERS registration in favor of the TEMPO registration. The status of the TEMPO registration is updated to reflect one of the PBR status’ and the status of this (4577) registration is updated to inactive. This has been completed. UWO was consulted and agreed this is a duplicate registration. Ms. Bridwell has agreed to send a letter of agreement to the DAQ.
