This has been prepared as a follow up to my 8/25/23 informal request for an extension, based upon a phone conversation
with Gabrielle Marinick.
Crystal Clean respectfully requests an extension to respond to the subject letter, with the extended due date of
9/14/2023. We appreciate the verbal agreement during the phone conversation and subsequent written approval.
