As required by Permit Condition II.D.4.a, of Safety-Kleen's RCRA permit for its Salt Lake City branch, this
letter serves to notify you that we will conduct the waste sampling required by Permit Condition II.D (et seq.)
on April 3, 2024, during the Compliance Evaluation Inspection already scheduled for this day, which begins
at 9:00 AM MDT.

An electronic version of this letter was additionally provided to Mr. Boyd Swenson and Ms. Sally Kaiser via
e-mail on March 4, 2024.
