Greetings Mr. Howard. Attached for your records is an exception letter for a hazardous waste shipment transported by
Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. to Spring Grove Resource Recovery, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH on 7/3/2023.
This shipment is still in transit and we are closely monitoring the progress until the generator receives the final signed
manifest.

As an authorized representatives for TSA, Leidos is writing to inform you that TSA at SLC operates
as a generator of greater than 100 kilograms but less than 1,000 kilograms of hazardous waste in a
calendar month and has not received a copy of manifest 018383182FLE with the handwritten
signature of the owner or operator of the designated facility Spring Grove Resource Recovery Inc.
within 60 days. The details of this shipment are as follows:
