Thanks for the update Andrew This site is one of those that are dependent on ever changing construction designs &
schedules so I understand the " .... hurry up and wait" approach that Terracon has to contend with.
Based on your email, I hope to see the Corrective Action Completion report by the end of this month.
Thanks & good luck w/ the project.

Dale,
The site is still in a fluctuating construction phase that only requires Terracon's attention at brief irregular periods. However, I
should be updating you more regularly. If I give you a monthly update going forward (assuming no deliverables are being
submitted), would that be acceptable to you? Thanks.
Please see below:
1.This should be into internal review shortly. I know the main body of the report, VIMS report, tables, and exhibits have
been completed The main issue causing the delay has to do with all of the changes and construction delays at the
site. We are still being called about VIMS observations and adjustments which we will want to include in the
completion report. I will follow up with the team this week to get a more detailed answer regarding timeframe, but our
goal is to get it out shortly.
2.No drilling date is set as construction at the site has been delayed. Locations have been chosen (and approved), and
the drillers are aware of the work However, we need to wait until the areas are at least paved and the main
construction equipment is off-site to be able to properly install the wells. I asked the owners about this last week and
was not given a definitive answer. My guess it that is will be late Oct/early Nov.
3.There had been initial discussions about regular groundwater sampling and reporting. However, I believe it was
decided that regular groundwater sampling (8 periods) would only be conducted once the three off-site wells were
redrilled and the two additional on site well were completed Right now, only one of the three off site well contain
a very small amount of water. The others are dry.
4.Draft SMP will be done after the CAP Completion Report once the new wells have been installed and construction is
basically complete.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.
