Dear Mr. Reaveley:
The Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste (DSHW) reviewed the Laundry Supply Company (LSC)
Proposed Monitoring Well Installation dated February 8,2002. The DSHW agrees that the
proposed location of the nested deep and shallow well pair MW-10d and MW-10s will adequately
monitor the groundwater down-gradient of the present plume location at the LSC site. The Proposed
Monitoring Well Installation of February 8, 20[.2is hereby approved. Please notify members of my
staff prior to cornmencing any work, to allow for appropriate over-site of the monitor well
installation.
