CONCLUSION: St. George City Power operates the continuous emissions monitor (CEM) on the Millcreek Turbine MC-2 stack to measure O2, NOx, and CO emissions. The CEM was audited by the DAQ and found to meet quality assurance requirements found in 40 CFR Part 60, Appendix B, Performance Specification 1, and R307-170, Continuous Emission Monitoring System Program. Quarterly cylinder gas audits and an annual relative accuracy test audit were conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in UAC R307-170. RECOMMENDATION: The St. George City Power MC-2 CEM system was operating as required in R307-170 and 40 CFR 60.13 at the time of this evaluation. HPV: No. ATTACHMENTS: RATA Review Spreadsheets.
