Dear Mr. Rogers:
The Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (WMRC) has completed its review of 2023 Annual As-Built Report, dated December 27, 2023. The As-Built review is part of the
2024 Engineering Module 12 – Annual As-Built Plan. After review of the 2023 As-Built Report, the WMRC staff has determined that the annual As-Built drawings are acceptable, and the
report is hereby approved.
The Annual As built is a snapshot of how the facility looks like on November 27, 2023, by aerial survey. The report shows permitted embankment capacity, waste volumes, and remaining
airspace less surety & overbuild volumes, grades, contours, survey monuments, and many other site structures.
