RE: Solvent contaminated groundwater and soils at the Laundry Supply Company, Inc.
Iocated at 3785 W 1987 S, Salt Lake City, Utah.
To Whom it May Concern:
The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) submitted analytical data to the
Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste (DSHW), which indicates that tetrachloroethene,
contamination exists in the groundwater and the soils at the above subject site. The DSHW has
regulatory jurisdiction over the above hazardous constituents detected at the Laundry Supply
Company facility.

actions required to ensure the contamination described above does not pose a threat to human health
and the environment.
