1 Depth at which the top of the HydraSleeve will be set. Sample depth is the center of the screened interval aslisted in Table 2 of Attachment 1 Post Closure Monitoring, Inspection and Maintenance Plan for SWMUs of the Post Closure Permit (TEAD 2011). If the top of the water column is below the top of the screenedinterval, the
HydraSleeve will be set at the center of the water column within the screened interval.
2Well is also sampled for remedy monitoring purposes. Post closure groundwater monitoring and remedy monitoring sampling will be combined when possible. Samples will be analyzed for the long list of VOC analytes during combined events.
