The CAP Summary Letter was prepared by WSP, Inc. The DERR approves your CAP Summary. Please provide a Work Plan and Budget to submit a Public Notice to be sent to the nearest newspaper, public library, and any possible neighbors affected. Please document all surrounding property owners or public entities that you contact and provide a map of their locations and the date you delivered these Public Notices to them. Once you receive written approval, you may proceed with your public notification process. If no comments are received during a 21-day comment period, submit a Work Plan and Budget for Corrective Action Plan Preparation. Please submit this Work Plan as soon as possible.
