The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed a review of the Groundwater Monitoring Report (Report) for The Beverly that was submitted on February
13, 2023.
The Division concurs with the findings of the report and the need for additional groundwater sampling. The Division also concurs with the conclusion that MW-1 should be reinstalled for
future monitoring of plume stability.
The Report is hereby approved.
