Hi Mark,

Attached is the Corrective Action Progress and Ground Water Monitoring Report for
Maverik’s #319 store in Price, UT (FID #5000038, Release Site MTQ).

I didn’t include this information in the report, but wanted to let you know that there are
plans to close this store and remove the underground storage tanks this year, likely
sometime in the fall. At that time, as we have discussed in the past, we could plan to
over excavate (realizing that Maverik will need to get a CAP for UST Closure Plan
approved) to remove impacted soil that still may be contributing to the ongoing issue.
