Deidre,
We have completed the 2023 DWSP Plan for Newton Town Water System's Bu ars Spring and Loosle Spring and are submi ng a PDF copy for the DDW to review.
No changes have been made to the springs' capture area, but due to the proximity and overlapping of DWSP Zones for the Loosle Spring and Buttars Spring, the zones were merged.
Thank you,
Jason

Hi Jason,
I'm reviewing Newton Town's updated DWSP plan for the Buttars and Loosle Springs. I noticed the Short Divide Road was never listed in the PCS inventory. Please add roads to the PCS inventory and assess as controlled or
uncontrolled. Most water systems list roads as being controlled through regulation. If this control type is chosen, be sure to provide all the required information as outlined in Table 4-1 of this plan. Share the revised plan in this email chain.
I should be able to concur once this is complete.
Please provide these revisions within 90 days to avoid a formal disapproval letter and ips points.
Thanks
