This site is a former dairy farm that was purchased by Ivory Home Development. The entire dairy farm site is be demolished in preparation for urban housing development. As part of the
demolition all regulated wastes found around the site have been identified, collected, inventoried, and are preparing for proper disposal with appropriate Utah state certified vendors. This
application for a one-time EPA ID # is for the purposes of this one-time disposal event per hazardous and regulated waste regulations.
