I wanted to make sure we got over our monitoring well abandonment forms for the Centerville Flex property. There does not appear to be any documentaon of these wells (MW1 - MW7) on the Utah Division of Water Rights database with excepon to a start card for MW8 but no well drillers reports for any of the MWs (each of the wells were constructed < 30- bgs - and as I am sure you are aware any wells < 30- were not regulated by UDWR prior to July 2022). Our team used the historical invesgaon reports to get a beer idea on MW depths, their construcon and the locaon of each well. We also accessed each MW to determine stac water level prior to abandonment. Under my Shallow Water Well Constructor license (no. 958), our team ensured the proper abandonment of each well using portland cement grout and bentonite. Addional details are aached. Please feel free to let me know if you have any quesons whatsoever.
