The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has reviewed the Final Reconfiguration of Monitoring Wells D-11 and M-02 at the Tooele Army Depot – North (TEADN) (Report), dated
February 2024, and received February 7, 2024. The Report documents the reconfiguration of Monitoring Wells D-11 and M-02 from a stick-up configuration to a flush mount configuration.
The Division has no comments or concerns about the Report, and the Report is hereby approved.
