Unfortunately, Echo’s water system is down and believe the water is frozen going into the tank after a leak repair.
Bill will take this sample when the system is back on line.

The Division of Drinking Water does not have a record of the following samples from the following facilities:

ECHO STATE HIGHWAY REST STOP (UTAH22027): REST STOP WELL (WS001) - NITRATE

This is required Yearly per the systems monitoring schedule located at waterlink.utah.gov.

If this sample has been taken and this email is sent in error, please respond by 5pm on 01/18/2024

Failure to sample/respond will result in a violation and corresponding IPS points added to the water system.

Thank you for all your efforts maintaining a clean drinking water system
