Box 45360 Salt Lake City, Utah 84145-0360 Re: No Further Action for the Underground Storage Tank (UST) #1 (New Oil) Questar Gas Company, located at 1175 West 200 South, Salt Lake City, Utah Facility Identification No. 4000625 Dear Mr. Gourley: A review of the information you have submitted in the closure notice received on June 27, 2005, for the above referenced UST, indicates that no corrective action is required at the site at this time for the one regulated UST. The information you have submitted indicates that any detectable petroleum contamination at the site complies with state UST rules. Based upon these rules, there appears to be no threat to human health or the environment. Corrective action may be needed in the future if contamination is found that threatens human health or the environment.
