In most cases the reactivation process involves only collecting the outstanding samples that were missed during the source’s period of inactivity. The reactivation process does not require that systems obtain new operating permits. As of January 24, 2024, the following samples will need to be collected and reviewed by the Division prior to placing the source back online. To avoid issuing a monitoring violation and to ensure that the samples required under R309-205 are collected, the listed sources have been deactivated.
