Statement of Work Explanation
This certifies that Utah Interactive,LLC part of Tyler Technologies,Inc has rebuilt the
Shopping Cart application as Digital Marketplace and is authorized to deploy this service
on the Tyler Technologies,Inc.Engagement Builder platform.
If the Agency needs more time to approve this project beyond the Feedback Deadline,please
contact Tyler Technologies before the Feedback Deadline.If there are any issues,please
provide written feedback on items that are not built according to the Product Requirement
Document.The Target Launch date may need to be adjusted if there are any issues found
during agency testing.If the Agency is not able to respond by the Feedback Deadline,Tyler
Technologies may temporarily reassign the resources,effectively putting this project on hold
until the feedback has been received and the resources become available.
Exceptions to this agreement are listed below and will be addressed by Tyler Technologies
after the actual launch date:
